5. Travel Insurance Disclaimer

GlobalOne Assist is not an insurer. Insurance services are underwritten by third-party licensed providers. GlobalOne Assist acts only as a distributor or facilitator.

You are responsible for:

  • Reading and understanding your policy coverage;

  • Submitting claims to the insurer directly;

  • Providing accurate declarations during purchase.

We shall not be held liable for the outcome of any insurance claim.

6. Bookings & Payments

6.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may include applicable taxes and service fees.

6.2 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, FPX, and e-wallets via secure payment gateways.

6.3 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Tourist services: Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy for each product or service.

  • Insurance products: Follow the specific insurer’s cancellation policy.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in full forfeiture of payment.

7. Emergency Support Limitations

We strive to provide timely and efficient emergency assistance. However, limitations may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters, political unrest, or restricted zones;

  • Internet or telecom failures;

  • Unavailability of local providers or medical facilities.

In such cases, we shall not be liable for delays, inaccessibility, or reduced functionality of services.
